I stood, waiting as the train had come in and I had just missed the bus so I went up to the tracks to check, a man had fallen down with a Permobil down on the tracks, it was blood and I worried he had hit his head, luckily it was his arm only. So I waited as the nurses and firefighters came, I talked to one of the firefighters, asking if they needed help. I would had helped lifting the hurt person, but even I know it's better to leave that to then as they work with it to not do more damage. But I helped them lift his things up and his Permobil together with 3 other firefighters. Also I helped holding the ambulance stretcher together with one of the firefighters so it wouldn't risk going out on the tracks with the man in it as they moved him over to it.
I want to thank Tierp/Uppsala firefighters, nurses, police and all the others who helped this man to get up from the tracks and making sure he was fine, patching him up and so on. I don't know this person (I heard his name but am not gonna write it) but I'm always willing to help if I witness anything like this. I'm happy I missed the bus.
I may not have done much, but I did help and it makes me happy that I could.
